"Heading" in navigator shows heading levels as defined in Tools => Chapter Numbering. Chapter Numbering only defines paragraph styles "Heading 6", "Heading 7", ... als chapter headings, but you don't use them. So it's te expected result, that navigator shows no headings. => RESOLVED NOTABUG
Created attachment 197148 [details] What the original poster was missing and how to enable Level 4 in his example Screenshot of adding heading 4 to the headings to be shown in the Navigator. In the op's document the levels <6 were all blank. Therefore he also occurred not in a TOC, it just consisted of a headline TOC with nothing in it. After all levels from the left column got their counterpieces on the right one, a complete TOC could be gnerated and the Navigator also showed them all.
