Description:
In version 7.0 of Libreoffice the mouse pointer change into a hand when hovering over a (internal) cross reference. In version 7.1 it does not change anymore. the help tip is still shown.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a cross reference, for instance to a Figure.
2. Hover the mouse pointer over the cross reference
3. The mouse pointer should change into a little hand

Actual Results:
The mouse pointer does not change into a hand when hovering over a cross reference

Expected Results:
The mouse pointer should change into a little hand


Reproducible: Always

I made a new document and the problem does not exist there.
But in an existing document it does appear.
