Even better when the DrawingObject node contains the grouped objects as childrens. But improvement ideas to the Navigator are not new. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 90244 ***
This issue is not specific to Draw at all: We have drawing objects in most LO modules. But - we should copy the relevant bits of discussion from bug 90244 into this bug (separating them from irrelevant parts of the discussion.)

In Draw and Impress the Navigator has a + that you can open and access the objects inside the group. Such + does not exist in Writer and does not exist in Calc. The request is to enhance the Navigator in Write and Calc to the same feature as in Draw and Impress.

Sorry, this was the bug, but I expected to see also "And maybe include Ungroup in the Navigator Drawing objects context menu." As for this bug is perfect, it is solved.
