Description:
File DE3Sin.odt contains a header and a frame. Why does it cause a ReadError with OpenOffice?
Is .odt incompatible with .odt?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open DE3Sin.odt with LO
2.Try to open DE3Sin.odt with OO 4.1.9
3.

Actual Results:
1: OK
2: ReadError 

Expected Results:
OO and LO should be mutually compatible.


Reproducible: Always

This is for Aoo bug report, not Lo bug. 
Note that if you are testing Aoo, you should also check OO 3.3 to see if it worked there.

Also be aware of file-format changes. These evolve too. We are now at ODT 1.3 specs (did check which version the file was written) & no clue how that goes with backward compatibility
