Description:
Compressing EMF into PNG/JPG doesn't result in a crisp an clear result (compared to EMF) even at highest quality

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 170349 [details]
2. Select the graph
3. Right Click -> Compress
4. Set it JPG 100 or 99 quality and don't reduce resolution
5. Press CTRL+Z CTRL+Y couple of times

Actual Results:
JPG/PNG don't equal EMF

Expected Results:
Crispy and clear images


Reproducible: Always

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the issue.
What kind of DPI are you using?
Please save file (with JPEG) and attach to bug report.

This actually matches the Skia result. So seems we are upscaling an 256  (8 BitsPerPixel) image / 618 x 447  Pixels (1.38) to what we put into the dialog. However internally still 618 x 447  Pixels (1.38)

Hello Telesto, a new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
