Description:
After twice clicking on "Toggle Master View" button at the Navigator, Master view is not enables. So functions of this mode are not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any master document (*.odm)
2.Click onto Navigator "Toggle Master View" button twice
3.

Actual Results:
Document headers of first level is visible. So, Navigator is switched in some modified normal view.

Expected Results:
Navigator is switched in master view.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

If restarts Writer with this *.odm in safe mode (Repair from reserve copy > Repair user configuration to last work condition) that view is ok, it is a master view, but until firs twice clicking only...
