Changing anchor from 'to paragraph' to 'to character' has effect on image position

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image and change anchor to 'to character'

Actual Results:
Moves to right

Expected Results:
Stays put..


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Anchor of image in attached document is "as character"
=> Wrong document or wrong description?
