Dans le menu "Envoyer un retour d'expérience" dans l'édition française, le lien renvoi vers la page anglophone :
https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/?LOversion=6.4.6.2&LOlocale=fr&LOmodule=TextDocument
au lieu de la page en français :
https://fr.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/?LOversion=6.4.6.2&LOlocale=fr&LOmodule=TextDocument

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cliquer sur le menu "Envoyer un retour d'expérience"

Actual Results:
renvoi vers le site anglophone

Expected Results:
renvoi vers le site fr.libreoffice.org

On pc Debian x86-64 with LO Debian package 7.0.4, I could reproduce this.

Fixed (in an adhoc fashion, some refactoring is probably needed here), but next time please forward the issue to Redmine instead.
