Description Buovjaga 2021-03-21 14:39:15 UTC
1. Open attachment 115811 [details] from bug 91459 (RTF file)
2. Check border width of table by right-click - Table Properties - Borders
3. Save as RTF and reload
4. Check border width of table again

Width changes from 0,10pt to 0,75pt

The behaviour seems to have changed in 4.3, but in older versions, the width changes from 0,10pt to 0,05pt. In 3.3.0, the width is 0,05pt upon opening.

I tried bibisecting the change with Linux 43max, but got a bogus result. Reloading didn't show the change and I had to close and open the file.
