Example file from Writer

When a change tracked document has comments and it is deleted, the comment box gets marked with two lines crossing it out.
These lines are not anti-aliased, even if Options – View – Use anti-aliasing is set.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file

Actual results:
The crossed out comments diagonal lines are not anti-aliased, even if you have Options – View – Use anti-aliasing enabled.

Expected results:
Lines should be smooth.

sw change tracking: antialias deleted comments

Deleted comments get cross out lines with
change tracking, now with (optional) antialiasing
(as in the case of connecting lines of the comments).

Also adjust bottom line ends (which were
removed by the bottom text label of the
comment box, resulting a gap between the
bottom line end and the left/right frame
borders of the comment box).
