Description:
Tabstops can not be inserted by drag and drop in the horizontal ruler.

Steps to Reproduce:
Try inserting a tabstop by clicking on the ruler

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Tabstop appears


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

After changing icon theme, it seems to work today. So, I understand this is not an LO bug.
