Description: In a clean installation of LibreOffice 7.1.1, the popup window that brings up choices for the UI comes up blank, and does not respond to blind clicks on its white surface. This is 7.1.1, in Spanish, for Windows x86 64-bit. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install 7.1.1.2 2. Choose View - Select user interface Actual Results: A blank window pops up Expected Results: A window with UI choices should pop up Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: It sort of worked the first time I installed 7.1.1 The window popped up with the right choices, but after clicking on one, it hanged. From then on, even after complete deinstall and reinstall and starting in safe mode to delete all previous configurations, the popup is always blank. When Writer 7.1.1 starts, for a fraction of a second the default toolbar is shown, and immediately it changes to some other configuration (I guess it was the one I clicked on when the first time I tried, but I don't know for sure).
