Description Vasily Melenchuk (CIB) 2021-03-25 13:22:13 UTC
Description:
Table in LO is displayed not the same way as in Word

Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached document (table-shift.rtf) in Writer. Note the table location

Actual Results:
Table is shifted to left.

Expected Results:
Table is aligned as follow up text, no shift.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Bug does disappear if I add \trpaddl0\trpaddr0 to table row properties. Seems LO have some special default value for left and right padding?

I don't see a difference between Writer and Word 2007

Roman,

please look at left table border: in LO it is gone beyond left text margin, unlike in Word (in my case it is Word 365, but on your screenshot it is also visible).

The example file in Word 2013 and Writer master with the tables settings

Looks like there is an extra 0.19 cm left/right padding in Writer which is 0 in Word.
May or may not be the source of this issue. But I see no other difference in the settings dialogs.
