Description Panos Moisiadis 2021-03-29 06:13:39 UTC
Description:
There is distortion of the rendering of impress slides. The slides are correctly loaded at first. However, if you try to scroll horizontally or vertically, artifacting occurs. It is very noticeable when scrolling horizontally. This results in an unusable editor.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch LibreOffice.app and arrive at the landing page.
2.Under create, click impress presentation
3.The standard impress editor is shown with an option to choose a template. The bug occurs if a template is selected or not selected.
4.Slide is correctly rendered. Scroll horizontally. You will notice incorrect rendering. Bug also occurs if scrolling vertically. (Screen shot will be attached).

Actual Results:
Artifacting when rendering slides

Expected Results:
Properly rendered slides

Reproducible: Always

I have done more testing and found very similar behavior in Writer, Calc, and Draw.

Given the changes to rendering that were implemented starting with 7.1.2 for bug 138122, could you please test with that new version to confirm your issue is present or not there?
