This is a continuation/spinoff of bug #137626
The Autofilter UI should be able to group date and time values just like Excel does For date values this already happens.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attachment #166550 [details] 

Actual results:
The Autofilter dropdown lists values in a simple list, see attachment #166552 [details].

Expected results:
Date and time values should be grouped like on attachment #166551 [details] with checkboxes for hours, minutes, seconds.

In which MSO version do you see that layout? I have MSO 2016 and I don't see it

I have now 2019, but I also remember having it in 2013.
