Also while attempting to reinstall 7.0.3.1, same error, while the install process is updating component registration I think. Error 1303 The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory; C:\Program Files\Libreoffice\program. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact...

I am the administrator, only user on this computer

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on install file
follow steps
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Installation wizard reports error

Expected Results:
only option to retry or cancel


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Are you able to install 7.1.1 from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ or does that result in the same error?
