Make sure you start with Standard Toolbar UI.

- In Writer, open View -> User Interface..., pick Tabbed, and click Apply to All.
- Switch to Impress.

-> Note the two extra toolbars (Drawing and Presentation).
They aren't there if the UI was switched in Impress.

Tested with LO 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (3e4eb070787d4d44b3bdc95046e5b231dbbef42b) / Ubuntu.
Probably not a regression.
