Description:
Libreoffice Local Help Files - How to install them on Linux (Debian 10.4)?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install help files locally on Linux
2. There is no instruction
3. Start executables randomly

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
Help files install themselves locally

You have a link in https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ to download the help package. Once downloaded, you install it like any other debian package.
