On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today + gtk3 rendering I don't reproduce this.
(by default icon style "Elementary").
What icon style do you use?

Could you give a try with brand new LO profile? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile)
Comment 4 Vera Blagoveschenskaya 2021-04-05 14:09:29 UTC
I use Colibre icon style, bug issue is also reproduced for Elementary and Elementary (SVG).

Tried to remove /home/test/.config/libreofficedev/4/user/ and start LO = no success, issue is still reproduced

Hello Vera,
Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build

@Michael, do you reproduce this on your end ?
Comment 11 Michael Weghorn 2021-06-14 07:19:17 UTC
The colors are defined in the GTK theme in use.

This very much sounds like the following bug in the Breeze GTK theme, which has been fixed in the theme in the meanwhile:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=422866

Can you check whether it works with a newer version of the Breeze theme or if you switch to another GTK theme in Plasma's system settings?

Closing as NOTOURBUG for now, since I think this is an issue with the theme, not LO. Please reopen and add more information if you disagree.
