Expected: There will be some difference between 1. and 3. to tell me that Track changes is set to ON. Actual: There is no difference between 1. and 3. so it is impossible to know if Track changes is set to ON or OFF.

But it's not obvious when the element is selected: now please move selection below, e.g. to Show, and see how the icon state at "Record" is highlighted.

The icon of entry "Record" has a blue square background, if the option is "ON" and there no such background if "Track Changes" is "OFF" and that's even visible in attached screenshot (though it shows menu entry "Record" being highlighted and this way making it hard to recognize)
