There seems to be a fundamental problem with the accessibility of these "rotary switches". In other menus, too, they cannot be operated with the specified key combination and the set values are not output acoustically.
@Jürgen: Is this still a problem with current LO versions? If I understand correctly, that sounds like the problem that has been fixed in tdf#140594.
