Description:
When you open any sheet and then move the cursor from left to right or vice versa across the toolbar, artifacts appear on the sheet. 
The latest LibreOffice version that does not have this bug is: 7.0.4 - all above this version are vulnerable.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any calc document
2. Move mouse cursor around toolbar
3. 

Actual Results:
Artifacts appear

Expected Results:
No artifacts on the toolbar 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I wonder why you need any bug tracker if for 3 months nobody even deigned to take an interest in this submission. Lessons learned - I'm never going to report any more bugs since you guys don't give a shit :)

The problem is that we receive a metric shit ton of reports per month, scientifically speaking about 700. Now imagine how one takes an interest in 700 reports. I will give you a hint: it might require stimulants.

Try unchecking Tools - Options - LibreOffice - View - Use Skia for all rendering and see if the artifacts go away.
