I installed Libre Office 7.0.5 and it doesn't open.

Could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps?
Also on which Windows version are you? Did you check updates of Windows and graphic card?

Dear Julien, I looked at QA/FirstSteps - I had the latest version, 7.0.5 and it didn't open. 
I have Windows 10, version 20H2. 
It's updated. 
I removed Libre Office 7.0.5 and installed 6.4.7.2 (x64), and it works now.
