Description:
It has a lot of space in the panel's width and it will be useful for a very long filename.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Click File
3. Select Save As

Actual Results:
Filename box is very narrow.

Expected Results:
Filename box should be expanded more.

The file dialog is the native GTK one. So it's not LibreOffice's job to alter the layout.
