Description:
RFE: Add opportunity to select only empty cells in selected range

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You have a cell range with some number of empty cell in it
2. Try select only empty cells in the range


Actual Results:
You can't select all empty cells in the cell range for one time/command

Expected Results:
You can select all empty cells in the cell range for one time/command


Reproducible: Always

NISZ team, someone from you made a feature like "Select only visible cell/row". May be you can add "Select only empty cells" variant too?

UX team: is there a need for this command in the core? Or would this be better left as a macro exercise for the user?
