I'm stopping testing on this build. There is just too much wrong to bother documenting all these SKIA glitches.
Flipping to hardware only rendering Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 88ca6d7834a9d710dc124ee845fd3c270e33b59a CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: default; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL still produces the bug so I'm editing the title to remove the reference to SKIA.
The bug is reproducible at Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 27911b0455d8dcc08a0702372492a6ce00250cb7 CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: ru-RU (ru_RU.UTF-8); UI: en-US TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2021-04-12_15:34:11 Calc: threaded It is possible to change both handle and image position by editing object position through its properties. Changing the width/height of handle by dragging its edge combines it with the image.
Works for me in Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 41145efffe9d5af358a52b9e114bb01b98b3d7c2 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL
