Is this a full description of the "Step to Reproduce" or did you apply one of the predefined Styles (Default Table Style, Academic, Box List, etc...) at time of creation of the table?
Comment 2 Daniel 2021-04-14 17:11:31 UTC
This is the full description. How to mark a table-row, how to define a space below a paragraph should be clear.

No predefined style was used.

Ahoj Roman,

on a system with Linux Mint (specs below) the bug is *not* reproducable.

Sry, I can't change the LO-installation on the windows-machine I noticed the bug first.

Correcting my recent comment:

Playing around with values 'space under a paragraph' makes the bugs reproducable.

Example attached.

Select a row or column and change the value for the space: The value is ignored on certain cells.

Do you select and than Format-Paragraph-Indent& Spacing tab-Below paragraph?

Nobody here reproduced and you reproduced only on some machines?
Please try this "User Profile Reset" or rename or Help-Restart..

You need to write *exact* steps.
Comment 11 Daniel 2021-10-22 08:37:13 UTC
* Select a table row: Place the cursor left beside the first cell until it turns to a little black arrow.
* Click it
* The row turns coloured, confirming that it is marked
* Select 'Format', then 'Absatz' (German version, probably 'Paragraph' in English version) from menu
* in the sub-window choose 'Einzüge und Abstände' (English version something with '... and space'?)
* define a space under the paragraph (Abstand => unter dem Absatz), for example 0,2 cm
* the choosen value is applied only to the first cell

No predefined styles are used.

For the first cell of the row there is no padding or something like this defined, which could cuase this bug.

Thank you for takling care for this bug-report.

I am out of this topic now.

Nobody could reproduce, although reporter was resonsive. I tried also with 7.0. And reported is now gone. Sorry, I can only close.
What may have helped was a screenshot of "wrong" result with sample file.
