The problem of displaying data in the Form

Hi! A few years ago I wrote a database that worked fine on older versions. But in version 7.1, I enter data in the Form, but if the Form is closed and reopened, the data I entered is not displayed there. Although they appear in the table. If I enter the data directly into the table, they are displayed in the Form. The video file is attached. I hope you can help me solve this problem.

We would need a database file to have a look if there is set something like a filter. Without such an example database we aren't able to help.
