Example file from Impress

Attached file has a table in an Impress slide with cell contents vertically aligned top/center/bottom in each rows, and also these rows contents are aligned horizontally left/center/right.
When copying the format of one cell to the others with the Clone Formatting tool, the horizontal alignment of table cells is copied correctly but the vertical alignment is not.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file
    2. Select the text in the first column of the second / third / fourth rows
    3. Click on the Clone Formatting tool of the Standard toolbar
    4. Apply the copied formatting to the whole table by dragging the bucket icon over it

Actual results:
Vertical alignment of the cell contents does not change, only the horizontal.

Expected results:
Vertical alignment should be copied too.

Confirmed in LO Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (51754ca5349d7bf655d57ded37381188d0bc4bcf) / Ubuntu.

Interestingly if the target is a single cell, then the vertical alignment does get copied.
