Description:
graph shows zero values as a non-zero value when Skia is on 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the attached odt file and try to disable / enable Skia.


Actual Results:
zero values are incorrectly displayed in the graphs when Skia is on. 

Expected Results:
display correctly 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
