Description patrick.gelin 2021-05-01 06:12:10 UTC
Description:
I add a text column into a grid control with multilines activated, but the content doesn't wrap. It's not a problem with height of the row but the wrapper doesn't work. It'll be regression ...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Sample .odb file
2. Open Table1 form in run mode

Actual Results:
Observe TEXT TEXT ... in one line, it is not wrapped
Then go to edit mode, and look at multiline property activated.

Expected Results:
Content wrapped in multilines :
"TEXT TEXT TEXT
TEXT TEXT TEXT
TEXT ..."

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
When edit text row in a grid text column, there is a big policy and it's text is cut at top or base of letters ...

IS this bug be present in 7.1.3 release next monday 2021-05-03 ?
Comment 4 Robert Großkopf 2021-06-27 14:36:55 UTC
Couldn't find any buggy behavior here with LO 7.1.2.2 and also 7.1.4.2 on OpenSUSE 15.2 64bit rpm Linux. Text will be wrapped in the fields of the table control.
Comment 5 Buovjaga 2022-04-29 15:16:43 UTC
Wrapping fine here.

Can you re-test with 7.3?
