Description Krishnakant 2021-05-03 12:38:08 UTC
Description:
This is an accessibility issue. To use navigation view in Writer and Calc f5 was pressed, the view opened and screen reader got the correct information. However using arrows in the navigation view does not reveal the elements.

Steps to Reproduce:
While using Orca screen reader on Ubuntu, pressing f5 for navigation view in Writer and Calc and then using up and down arrow and then right arrow to open the tree element

Actual Results:
Nothing is announced while navigating in the navigator view.

Expected Results:
The software should report event changes and related attributes to screen reader so that heading, table, list etc can be reported.

Thank you for reporting the bug. It seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
