Libre Writer crashes if attempt to open "insert special Characters" list.  It then closes all (with saves).  
Attempt to re-start Libre Office runs into a loop.  No way to stop the start up.  Only option is to re-boot computer completely.

Can't reproduce in stable LO 7.4.1.2 (x634) build:3c58a8f3a960df8bc8fd77b461821e42c061c5f0 in Windows 10_64 bit.
