Description:
Improve Autofilter's Color filtering layout.

Look at comparize screenshot MS Excel vs LO Calc with active Color filtering.
1. Calc's Autofilter shows huge color squares that hide Autofilter window instead some accurate color rectangles like in MS Excel
2. Calc's Autofilter shows these color squares over Autofilter window instead showing it near Autofilter window like in MS Excel

So I suggest rework Color filtering layout for better UX in that area

we have a bad Color filtering layout

Expected Results:
we have a good Color filtering layout

Do we really need a new ticket while this is WIP? My take: DUP of bug 76258. And I neither see an advantage in the META ticket.
