When saving a document (Calc, Writer etc) it is possible to close LibrOffice (on the red X) before the save has finished. The lock file is then still in place, and after about 25 seconds - the lock file is deleted and the file is saved. It should be impossible to close the applikation before the save has finished..
Yes, it happens. Version: 7.1.2.2 / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 8a45595d069ef5570103caea1b71cc9d82b2aae4 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-IN (en_IN); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
What is the problem here? So what if the user interface is closed? There would only be a problem if the file save gets corrupted.
Well - it is simply not very intuitive.
