Description:
Sidebar on Draw takes up more than 50% of the horizontal screen space.  It can be reduced to a more reasonable size when undocked/floating but when docked, it cannot be resized to be smaller.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open draw
2. do anything
3.

Actual Results:
Turn on sidebar.. takes up most of the horizontal space

Expected Results:
Should be resizable to almost nothing.... but you can't make it smaller beyond around half the screen.
