Example file from PowerPoint

Attached PP-made example file contains header/footer settings for Handouts/Notes.
These are not read by Impress correctly to the corresponding dialog, but are imported as textboxes to the Notes view.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file in Impress
    2. Go to View – Notes
    3. Go to Insert – Header and Footer

Actual results:
The Notes and Handouts tab of the Header and Footer dialog is empty, all 4 items are unchecked.
The actual values set in PP appear in the Notes view, but not in Handouts view, but the date format there is incorrect though.
These values seem to be imported as contents of shapes on the Notes view, instead of content of the Notes and Handouts tab that would be inserted onto the Notes master.

Expected results:
All 4 items are checked and the corresponding fields display the values set in PP.

LibreOffice details:
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: d7f734db2c078ced3ce08ad58cd816a79abe3bcf
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI: en-US
Calc: CL

Also happens in 7.0, 6.0, 5.0, 4.0

But not yet in
Version 3.6.0.4 (Build ID: 932b512)
In that version the incorrect shapes did not appear in the Notes view.
The Notes and Handouts tab of the Header and Footer dialog was also empty.

1. This is wrong in general, bug 37011.
2. I don't see why a regression, I remove that (not sure if possible in 43all, I get errors).
3. I set New so far.

Dear NISZ LibreOffice Team,

To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year.

There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present.

If you have time, please do the following:

Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/

If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice.

If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice.

Please DO NOT

Update the version field
Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker)
Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not
appropriate in this case)

If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword
