Description:
Ref: bug 137736
The character 'ñ' is essential to writ in Spanish. and is always used in the lower case, never the upper.  This was reported several months ago, but has not been corrected as yet.
Version in use: 7.1.2_Win_x64

Actual Results:
character is  not present in 'special characters'

Expected Results:
character added to 'special characters'


Reproducible: Always
