Permanently greyed icons

The Back and Inspect icons are permanently greyed-out. See image attached.

devtools: object inspector toolbar and object stack

mmm, actually they do work. For instance, go to Properties, select AutoStyles and the Inspect button is enabled.

"Inspect" button enables when you select an object that can be inspected in the properties tab and "Back" button enables after you inspect, so you can go back to the initial object.
