Can you be more specific, are you inserting an image or chart? Please attach a document where this happens.

Looks like ImplementationError from when links were added long ago in LO 3.3. OO didn't have those links.
Reproduced in: Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: c8b8a2c2cb34a1ae0b0aeee0564b39260258f184 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded And LO 3.3. Same with OLE objects.
