Description:
Image can be dragged/dropped of page in DOCX at left side (but not with ODT)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Attempt to drag the frame with image of page left/right/top bottom -> Not working (expected)
3. Save as DOCX
4. Reload. Follow step 2 again.. 

Actual Results:
You can drag the image of page at left side

Expected Results:
Not so?

Note: same "issue' with arrow keys.. you can move image outside page without limitations with 7.2. Not possible with LibO 5.2.

Positioning an object partially of page I can get, but moving it endlessly of page? And note that ODT doesn't do this. So kind of odd to have different behaviour between ODT & DOC <-> DOCX

On the feature in Writer/ODF formats, please see bug 58350. If you have specific suggestions on how it should work, you can add those there.

The change you've found is probably what was introduced with bug 105143's fix for better interoperability, which explains the difference between ODT and MSO formats. Thus this is not a bug.
