Description:
After some manipulations, which I tell in "Steps to Reproduce" you won't be able to delete columns and raws in Impress

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Click "Insert" —> "Text Box"
3. Click "Insert" —> "Table" (for example 2x3)
4. Try to delete any raw or column

Actual Results:
No selection possible to delete

Expected Results:
Deleting of raws and columns is possible


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Did you first left click to mark and then right click?

Nope. Just choose "Text box" and after that create table

You need to left click in a cell to see cursor and then right click to delete.  
So this is NotABug.
You may follow bug 117484 if you find it necessary.

There are various free screencast software available for use, including Camstudio (Windows), Jing (Mac), Simple Screen Recorder (Linux) or screencast-o-matic.com (Web).
