Do you really export it successfully and open the PDF with the correct chart?
I try LibreOffice v7.1.3.2 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, fails again.

Repro

Version: 7.1.3.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 47f78053abe362b9384784d31a6e56f8511eb1c1
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: default; VCL: kf5
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Important thing here is to use "Right click -> Export as Image" (while "Export as PDF" via menu works)

Some QA points:
Reporter should attach sample, not use outside link.

If someone cannot reproduce, it's not definite conclusion. WorksForMe is when one can reproduce with older version and cannot with newer.

If someone else reporduces, it's plain status New. Reopen is when fix doesn't work.
See https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_status

If bug reported for Mac is repro in Linux, we set All.

Finally, all reporter and testers should first search.
This is a duplicate.

Oh, that was a mistake from my side. I was testing it from the menu. Apologies.
