Description:
Pasting text with Ctrl+Shift+v and selecting Unformatted Text pastes Chinese (simplified). Using Formatted text or regular Ctrl+v pastes in regular text. This happens in Impress, Writter and Calc, but only under KDE Plasma Wayland.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writter under KDE Plasma Wayland
2. Copy text
3. Paste with Ctrl+Shift+v
4. Select "Unformatted Text" 

Actual Results:
Text is pasted as Chinese (simplified)

Expected Results:
Text to be pasted as the current language 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
The issue only happens under KDE Plasma Wayland.

Thank you for reporting the bug. Does it also happen in SafeMode (Help => Restart in SafeMode)?
