Description:
When openin the DUTCH Libreoffice writer the message/warning in Yellow appears "ontbrekende afbreekgegevens Gelieve het pakket voor afbrekingen te installeren voor de locale “nl”." (hyphenation rules)



Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Writer in Dutch language
2.
3.

Actual Results:
when opening writer (DUtch version) the message appears directly in Yellow.

Expected Results:
message: Ontbrekende afbreekgegevens Gelieve het pakket voor afbrekingen te installeren voor de locale “nl”.


Reproducible: Always

Could you:
- uninstall completely Libreoffice
- rename your LO profile directory (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile)
- download LO 7.1.3 from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/
- install this version

SOLVED

I renamed the folder user to user-old and the problem has been directly solved.
%APPDATA%\libreoffice\4\user

No uninstall and new install needed to solve this problem.
