Steps to Reproduce:
1.Draw a shape in Draw
2.Go to Format - Area on the Menu bar and click on the tab page Area
3.Open the list next to Palette.

The choices are in English

The work remaining on bug 10500, can the pallet names even be localized internally?

And which _should not_ bcz they are proper names, e.g. "libreoffice", "html", "freecolour-hlc", "material".
