Description: Resizing columns is currently lacking preview and minimal width. Steps to Reproduce: Resize column in calc Actual Results: 1. no preview is shown to convey to the user what their change will look like. 2. no minimal width is defined allowing (maybe intended, but imo not good UX) to hide column, probably more likely to result in unexpected results and confusion. Expected Results: 1. showing a preview while users drag column separator left / right would be helpful to show to users what they are chaning and what the results will look like *before* committing to the change. 2. implementing a minimal width and by that preventing unintended hiding of columns. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: see attached gifs showing behavior of Apple Numbers (exposing proposed #1 and #2) and LibreOffice. In this specific case I disagree with duplicate state. #128258 is about better visibility of hidden columns / rows while this bug here is about the UI when resizing a column / row. It touches on two aspects 1. preview while resizing and 2. allowing to drag devider over next cell (which Apple Numbers or Microsoft Excel do not allow). Both aspects are different than what is discussed in #128258.
Seems straightforward and a useful change -> NEW
