Description:
Writer crashes when special character button is clicked in normal mode or safe mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any odt file
2.click special characters button
3.

Actual Results:
got crash notification

Expected Results:
should have gotten a list of special characters to choose from


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
