Description:
If I create a chart in Calc with the settings "Data Ranges" - "Data series in rows", then copy this chart to a Writer, I cannot change the legend in it (the new text does not replace the old one, but is added to it).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a chart (for example - Column) in Calc with the settings "Data Ranges" - "Data series in rows" (there is no problems with "Data series in columns")
2. Copy this chart to Writer
3. Click this chart "Edit" - "Data table"
4. Try to rename any column name (Y-values)
5. Close and save

Actual Results:
the new text is added to the old one

Expected Results:
the new text should replace the old one
