Even when experimental mode is off, the "Outline mode" caption is present under Options->Writer->View (even though no selectable checkbox is present under it). It should be hidden along with the checkbox.

This was corrected in the patch that added the option to treat sub outline levels as content. It is in version 7.2 release.
